3C Sealants Refill Reloadable Cartridge is a simple, yet futuristic alternative to using traditional, single-use plastic cartridges as it provides a means of effective recycling. As environmental challenges are at the forefront of many discussions throughout the construction trade nowadays, we, 3C, as a brand are continuously working with our supply chain of manufacturers to research and test new ways of providing options for sealants, adhesives and our other product lines which help to reduce wastage when our products have been used, are spent and consequently end up in landfill.

Enter 3C Sealants Refill Reloadable Cartridges!!! Designed, in our case specifically for our 3C Refill Sanitary Foils, this basic plastic cartridge can be thought of as a 'multiple use vessel' that carries many individual sealant (or adhesive) products through it before having to be disposed of and replaced. In fact, through testing, we estimate that each 3C Refill Cartridge will service approximately 75no. x 3C Refill foil sausages before needing to be replaced, thus producing considerably less wastage to dispose of with just a squashed foil end to deal with concerning each 280ml foil sausage. 

Please note; in theory, this empty cartridge can be used for any foil sausage up to 300ml size such as silicones, polyurethanes, polymers and modified polymers or silanes. It's a universal design and quite forgiving for different brands etc. but as some manufacturers produce their products with slightly different girths etc. then we strongly advise contacting us before making a purchase commitment so we can advise and assist you.
