With a rich history in the trade of mastic sealant application, stretching back to 1971, we know a thing or two about mastic sealants, waterproofing and other specialist construction materials. Our focus in the early years was exclusively as a mastic sealant contractor with a team of applicators undertaking various sealing works under the banner of County Mastics. This name became synonymous with high quality mastic sealant application in and around London and the surrounding counties. A decade of building trust with both clients and suppliers coupled with a solid reputation lead to the company diversifying into two separate businesses and County Construction Chemicals Ltd. (CCC Ltd) was born as distributors with small stock holdings.

Nowadays, with over 40 years of distribution under our belt, County Construction Chemicals Ltd. boasts a colourful show room and welcoming trade counter, fully-manned sales, marketing and accounts offices and of course e-commerce avenues such as Amazon, Ebay and our website E-shop Sealants Online (that you're reading this on now). By our long-standing relationships with the biggest and most trusted names in the business such as Dow Corning (now Dowsil) and Geocel (both now under the umbrella of the Sherwin Williams group), Fosroc, Sika, Otto Chemie, Mapei, Everbuild (now fully part of the Sika group) and Adshead Ratcliffe (Arbo) (now under part of the Carlisle Construction Materials Group) we are considered as a specialist distributor of many types of construction materials (especially mastic joint sealants) in the UK and positioned well with our competition with regards to being suppliers of these market-leading manufacturers' core ranges.

In this highly competetive market we like to think that our strong points are deep-rooted into our company culture and have been since day one with a strong emphasis on customer care and repeat business being our main ethos. We've built a reptuation for going the extra mile when it comes to the whole process from enquiry to collection or delivery with aftercare also a major priority. Although our product selection periodically changes and evolves to suit current market trends, seasonal variations and occasionally just some new range lines, we tend to stick to what we know best which is sealants, adhesives, waterproofing, wood repair, concrete repair, foams & fillers and of course any relevant tools & equipment, this way we don't wander too far out of specialities and can offer the best advice and knowledge base to our customers.  

As well as providing high quality products with great customer service across all of our selling platforms, CCC Ltd. are also famed for matching mastic sealant colours to any subtrates (we regularly have people coming in with huge tiles or frames in theior arms), advising on certain products for certain applications and all other general construction material queries. Another huge thing for us is, with ther relationships we have as a company with our suppliers, (the manufacturers) we can liaise, middle-man and hand-hold our customers through large jobs and projects from start to finish. 

We have not, and will not compromise on this high standard of customer service and strive to advance with the ever-changing market, to bring you the very best specialist construction materials in a helpful and professional manner. Many companies try to emulate us but the proof of the pudding is in our longevity (all told 54 x years and counting as of 2025) and in this day and age of internet interceptors, it's not something that happens by luck or by chance and as a friendly, family-run business, this is a landmark we're very proud of! Why are we successful and why do customers come back time and time again? SERVICE! It can't be bought and it can rarely be taught!!
