Quick delivery with minimal fuss

Providing a good ordering service with subsequent delivery updates selling goods to UK mainland, Ireland, Northern Ireland, the extended areas of Scotland and the Channel Islands has always been somewhat of a challenge for small to medium distribution businesses like ours.

With the number 1 priority for many consumers these days being the absolute quickest delivery time, customer service has become a secondary consideration. We’re somewhat reluctant to get carried away with this Prime style, opting instead, to maintain a connection with our customers directly, providing advice and assistance, whilst still providing a solid service with detailed delivery information, all at a competetive rate. This is something that other companies selling same or similar product lines to us often fall short on.

We make every effort to ensure a smooth operation from initial order to final delivery, priding ourselves on a very high success rate for next day deliveries and standard for the majority of our orders, whether it be credit account customers placed with our sales team, emailed to the office or orders placed directly on our E-Shop.

Reserve stock

Sealants Online now offer a 'reserve stock' system whereby, if one or more item(s) on your order has zero or insufficient stock available at that exact time then there will be a different button saying RESERVE STOCK (instead of add to basket) on the actual product page (or quick buy popup) giving you the option to still continue to add that particular item to your basket and check out as normal. The item will then be added to our system and it will be prioritised on a first come, first serve basis when new stock arrives (usually within 1 - 7 x days) and subsequently delivered to you promptly after that.

Please note; If any item(s) on your order are out of stock or have insufficient stock and you selected RESERVE STOCK, you may still possibly be able to have a part-shipment of what stock we do have and/or any other items on your order as per usual. The balance of the order will go onto back order and your remaining goods will be delivered when back in stock (please note, we don not part-ship as standard, this is very much at the discretion of our sales team who will contact you to confirm).

Please note; If there is any delay over 7 x days expected for your reserved stock to come in to us, we shall endeavour to contact you as soon as possible after your order is placed to give you further options including alternative product selection(s) and/or as mentioned above, part shipment where possible. 

Please note; If you place an order for delivery anytime from: Friday 5:00pm - Monday 9:00am (normal working week) or over a Bank Holiday, please be advised that the next shipment day will always be the following Monday or Tuesday etc. for Bank Holidays)

For all deliveries to Mainland UK that total under £75 inc.vat (excluding the extended areas listed separately) a charge of £7.80 inc.vat is automatically applied at checkout. If you order totals over £75 inc.vat, the order will qualify for free delivery.

For all deliveries to the postcodes listed below, regardless of the order total, are charged a delivery fee of £8.99+vat that is automatically applied at checkout.
