Sealants Online offer a Click & Collect service for customers who don't wish to wait for delivery or simply want the convenience of collecting at their leisure. To place your order for collection, place items in the basket, click CHECKOUT then select either; log in with your details (if previously entered) or, if you're a new customer then enter your details and choose whether to sign up with a password for future reference or optionally checkout as a guest. Then click on NEXT which takes you to the YOUR DETAILS page where you'll select either; COURIER SERVICE (for delivery) or COLLECT FROM STORE (for click & collect). You'll then be shown the map with a detailed address for collection and you must check the blue check button (on the left of our address).

After entering your address details you'll then be required to enter your payment details (via Opayo) and your order will be auto-confirmed.

Almost immediately available

Providing we have adequate stock of all items on your order at the time (see Reserve Stock below for more info) then you may collect anytime (within our business hours) 15 minutes AFTER placing your order. Some customers even choose to place orders on their phone whilst sitting in their car in our carpark via the website then come into the showroom / trade counter and collect straight after.

Reserve stock

Sealants Online now offer a 'reserve stock' system whereby, if one or more item(s) on your order has zero or insufficient stock available at that exact time then there will be a different button saying RESERVE STOCK (instead of add to basket) on the actual product page (or quick buy popup) giving you the option to still continue to add that particular item to your basket and check out as normal. The item will then be added to our system and it will be prioritised on a first come, first serve basis when new stock arrives (usually within 1 - 7 x days).

Please note; If any item(s) on your order are out of stock or have insufficient stock and you selected RESERVE STOCK, you can still collect what stock we do have and/or any other items on your order as per usual. The balance of the order will go onto back order and you'll be notified by email when it's back in stock ready for collection.

Please note; If there is any delay over 7 x days expected for your reserved stock to come in to us, we shall endeavour to contact you as soon as possible after your order is placed to give you further options including alternative product selection(s). 

Please note; If you place a click and collect order anytime from: Friday 5:00pm - Monday 9:00am (normal working week) or over a Bank Holiday, please be advised that we may occasionally show the item as in stock but we have not yet picked up your products (especially ARBO branded products) and some items we may be imminently awaiting delivery of. If this is the case, then you will be notified by phone or email shortly after 9am on the Monday afterwards.

Non-collections

Please note; Any orders that are NOT collected within 7 x days from the day the order was placed will be automatically cancelled and refunded unless we're contacted with alternative arrangements.
