OTTO-CHEMIE OTTO Primer 1217 Silicone Plastic Primer 1-part silicone resin and ester of polyacrylate acid solution primer which is especially formulated to improve adhesion of Otto Chemie silicone sealants on plastic materials such as PVC, acrylic glass, polyester, ABS and similar. Specially for commercial users.
