We tend to suggest that, although this type of product isn't specialist as such, you base your product selection on the need for anti-mould requirements, i.e. if you're using the general purpose mastic sealant in any areas of high humidity then a GP product containing fungicide is essential but if it's for standard internal or light duty external then there's no need for the anti-mould.
