OTTO-CHEMIE OTTO Primer 1218 Continuously Wet Conditions Primer provides the necessary improvement of adhesive properties on absorbent and mineral materials that are under continuously wet conditions. After application, it forms a highly-effective film that consolidates the surface, thus creating the ideal prerequisites for the durable bonding of silicone sealants.
