OB1 PlumbersPal Hybrid Sealant & Adhesive is a premium, high strength sealant and adhesive specifically developed for the sealing of expansion joints in sanitary applications such as kitchens, bathrooms and industrial applications. It adheres perfectly without primer on most substrates. OB1 PlumbersPal is almost odourless, permanently elastic, offers mould, weather and high UV resistance, and can be used for interior and exterior projects. The formulation conforms to BREEAM specification Hea 02 Indoor Air Quality, regarding volatile organic compound (VOC) emission levels. OB1 PlumbersPal can be overpainted with water-based and most 2 component paints. It is recommended to paint a few days after application.
