Celltex Ltd Backing Foam Circular Rod (caulking cord) is a closed cell polyethylene foam cord in varying diameters from 6mm up to 50mm. This versatile expanding polyethelene backing foam for mastic sealants is suitable for filling joints and gaps prior to the application of all mastic sealant materials such as silicone sealant, hybrid & polymer based sealants, polysulphide sealants, epoxy sealants, polyurethane sealants & more, to provide a sound backing to ensure a waterproof and tight fitting seal whilst saving on materials and time.
